Damaged Products within 7 Days of Purchase

We will provide a refund or exchange of product immediately if the product is found damaged with the normal usage within 7 days of purchase from the original date of purchase, provided the product is new and no sign of physical damage and must be within the warranty period. Product must be return with the original packing including accessories, manual, other documentation and the original receipt.

We reserve the rights not to refund or exchange the product under these conditions.

  • Product found under abnormal conditions such as burns, broken, chipped, bent, collapsed, cracked or scratched.
  • Incorrect storage conditions such as rust, stains, water stains.
  • Damanged due to external factors such as fire, lightning, short circuit, etc.
  • Misused of products or product modification. An accident with the product shows signs of opens or repair marks.
  • Product found with pen mark on the materials or on the stickers.
  • Damage or loss due to the cause of carless product packaging and handling.
  • Product without serial number.
  • Problem found related to software virus or operating system malfunciton.
  • Warranty Expired Products The product is not detectable symptoms. There will be a minimum fee to repair. Or not agree.
  • Product with expired guarantee. This may incurred additional repair or replacement charge.

Damaged Products over 7 Days of Purchase but under Warrantee Period

We shall repair or replace the product over 7 days of purchase but under the warrantee period of each product stated on the warrantee sticker on the original packing. Product must not be physically damanged or misused.

Products are immediately out of warrantee :

  • Product found under abnormal conditions such as burns, broken, chipped, bent, collapsed, cracked or scratched.
